Each plan includes specific limits on automated replies per month, mailboxes, and other features. Exceeding these limits may result in service suspension or additional charges.

You retain ownership of content you provide (FAQs, knowledge base, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your content to provide the Service.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated responses before they are sent. We are not liable for the content of automated responses.
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms like Shopify and Gmail. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data practices of these platforms.
