Common questions about Replybase pricing and functionality

Does Replybase reply automatically to all emails?
No. Replybase only sends replies when a clear, supported intent is detected (such as order status, shipping, returns, or FAQs). Emails without a matching intent are never answered automatically.
What happens if I reach my monthly reply limit?
Once your monthly reply limit is reached, Replybase stops sending automated replies. Incoming emails are still logged so you can review them manually or upgrade your plan.
Do I keep my beta price forever?
Yes. As long as your subscription remains active, your beta price is locked in—even after public pricing increases.
Do I need Shopify to use Replybase?
No. Replybase works with Gmail and custom domains via IMAP. Shopify integration is optional and only required for automated order status and tracking replies.
Can I review replies before they are sent?
Yes. Manual approval can be enabled so you stay fully in control of outgoing messages.
Is my inbox data secure?
Yes. Replybase only accesses the data required to generate replies. You retain full ownership of your inbox, and access can be revoked at any time.
